The Saga of Lord Itzagator

The Mage-Priest Itzagator, a Slann of the Fourth Spawning, was sent by his superiors in Tlaxtlan to resettle Pahuax in response to dreams and prophecies. His immediate purpose was to recover, if possible, portions of the Prophecies of the Old Ones originally stored at Pahuax. His secondary purpose was to reclaim Pahuax in order to bolster the fortunes of the Slann and their reptilian followers. To this end he was accompanied by a select force of Saurus and Skink veterans to form a the cadre of a revived and renewed Pahuax. This is the story of the Slann Itzagator in his quest to become Lord Itzagator of Pahuax. The spawning cycle of the central sacred pools of Pahuax were known to the Lord of Tlaxtlan, thus, the mage-priest Itzagator was ordered to leave Tlaxtlan during the third phase of Ixtl in order to arrive at Pahuax in time for a major spawning of Saurus and Skinks within the central compound and Pyramid of Pahuax.
